HISTORY
INTENT structure is established on the management standards and software systems which start by gathering the services such as consultancy, management carried out in commercial enterprises by the founders of Anka Consultancy Group as of 1996 under ADG body in 2001 and which is developed since that date.
DECLARATION OF INTENT
It is the common cause of all of our employees to provide solution for management and management-related problems considering the accumulation, values, skills and competences of the entities, to produce information to eliminate the uncertainty in the decision-making process.
POLICY DOCUMENT
Anka Consultancy Group commits to follow certain policies in the collaboration process with corporates. ADG services are not based on sectoral expertise, instead it relies on production of information with scientific methods for management, organization and management decisions.
CONCEPTUAL APPROACH
IRADE: It is the leadership /chiefdom / presidency / headmanship stage. IRADE occurs in this stage. IRADE can be described as the level of wanting something; desire and determination to choose the right instead of the wrong and the skill of acting in a direction without showing any frustration, boredom. This stage obviously exists in all organizations / governances / organs. It has to be.
SERVICES
The service processes of IRADE are standard but service packages are not standard. IRADE provides service in commercial enterprises at the IRADE and representation stages but does not provide service in sectoral and professional fields. Since it will not be possible to apply a standard package to non-standard enterprises, special different standards, different methods and different elements are applied from each study to each company. But the process is standard, universal and scientific.
IRADE 10T CYCLE
Quality consulting services cannot be provided without accessing the real information and research results of a company and its field of activity. For this reason, reliable and accurate data collection is a must for IRADE. This stage is followed by classification, analysis, detection, diagnosis, criticism, advice, precaution, exercise and follow-up.
